Our story

IT ALL STARTED IN A CUBICLE!

In April 2012, I found myself in a place I never thought I would be: In a cubicle as a car salesman. After I did not receive my dream job in Sports Marketing after graduation, I eventually settled for a position that gave me some type of feeling that I was doing something “professional.”

I was completely unsuccessful in my role are a salesperson. As much as I appreciated the opportunity to be employed, I knew I was made for more. One day, out of my frustration, I begged God to reveal my purpose to me. And in that moment, the light bulb went off.

My goal was to use my skills and passions to ensure that no woman or girl would

experience the feelings of hopelessness I did at the car dealership. That day, Operation Evolve was conceived and my journey began.

Since that moment, I have been committed to developing opportunities for girls and women to thrive. Our company has worked with local school systems, women in business organizations, and event created our own live event to impact women entrepreneurs across the country.

We are on a mission to educate and empower girls and women across the globe to evolve into the best versions of themselves.
