My name is Jessica Alexander and I am the Founder and CEO of Operation Evolve, LLC. I am so excited that you dropped in to check out our site. As excited as I am about where we are headed, I want you to know why we are heading there.
In 2012, I found myself in a position I could have never envisioned. I woke up everyday to go to a job that I absolutely hated. I was angry at myself for not getting my dream job after college and I was mad at God for not giving me what I thought I earned. I screamed at Him while I was in my cubicle and asked, "WHY ME?!" He gently replied, "Use it."
At that moment, I began to draft ideas for what is now, Operation Evolve. But, it took me four years past that moment to actually take the necessary steps to make this business happen. Not because I was not skilled, not because I was being held back, but because I was simply afraid and did not have any clarity on what I wanted to do and who I wanted to be. So, I sat on my ideas.
Although, I am grateful for the work and life experiences I gained during those four years, I often think about the impact I could have made in the lives of others had I pursued my purpose when I received the calling.
Now that I am clear and confident about my business, I want to make sure you are clear and confident on your vision as well. Whether you are looking for services to help build your business, coaching and strategy for your next pageant competition, or you need an empowerment coach to provide you practical life skills, Operation Evolve can meet that need.
In addition to managing the daily operations of the business, I am a published author of the book, "Boss Up! Pursue Your Purpose With Confidence" and an inspirational speaker. I have spoken to thousands of girls and women at high schools, universities, conferences, and workshops across the Southeast and I am so excited to expand across the globe in 2018!
Operation Evolve is more than a business, it is my opportunity to ensure that girls and women never wake up hating the direction their life is in. That they are fully educated and empowered so they may evolve into the person God has created them to be.
